Necropsy

Necropsies are performed by specially trained vets.
If required, samples are taken from clinically abnormal organs and then subjected to bacteriological or PCR analysis.
Histological analysis, which looks at abnormalities at a cellular level, are sent to an external laboratory.

We have a spacious dissecting room in which pigs, poultry, and small ruminants can be examined.
We can examine animals up to approximately 30 kg.

As the client, you will receive a full report by e-mail, often with supporting photographs taken during the necropsy.
